If you have any technical problems using the Emaar E-Tendering & Procurement Portal and cannot find a solution in the guidance documents above, please contact the eTendering Helpdesk.

To help us deal with your enquiry as promptly as possible please be ready with the following information:

  • Organization Name
  • RFI/RFQ code or title

Please note that we recommend you to start completing your tender response early so that you identify any areas where you need help as soon as possible, as the helpdesk team are likely to be very busy in the days leading up to tender deadlines.

The eTendering Helpdesk will only be able to assist with technical queries relating to the use of the eTendering system.

If you have any queries regarding the content of the tender process or tender documentation, you should send a message through the secure messaging service within each RFI / RFQ you are working on. In some tender processes, questions that Emaar considers to be of wider interest may be collated and answered centrally to ensure that all interested parties have equal access to information in the eTendering Portal.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The Technical Helpdesk will not be able to assist with problems with your own computer hardware or systems; for these types of issues you should contact your usual internal IT support.
